Well. Years ago I told my wife I could quit anything but porn. I told her I had tried hundreds of times with no long term success. Most recently I spoke in depth about it with a therapist the results of which bought me around 90 days of the most powerful days in my life - I had managed to stop for that time. I had NEVER felt so engaged in life. Looking back I believe I was riding some form of testosterone train. It was crazy.
Slowly but surely I fell back to my old habits. I feel down. Low self esteem. I have been looking for something or someone that can help me gain that ground back. I had read about this site last year. I think it may be my last hope.

I am now a full 90 minutes into this and I can already feel the threats returning. Any advice from here on is welcome. I think I have the sex drive of a rabbit. : )

It is all right Sir. We are together in this.
    1. 'We can do this journey of nofap' is a great way to start the training. Atleast I believe so.
    2. I believe SELF TALK is the only way when it comes to the situation you have just talked about.
    3. What is self talk? Well, self talk is regular and habitual talking. You talking to yourself. Where in you constantly tell yourself a set of simple statements with high energy, positivity and SANKALPA.
    4. I believe keeping yourself busy will also work.
    5. Installing browser extension like '''ADULT BLOCKER" will also help.
    6. Talk to your lady about her support in this journey of yours.
    7. Be here regular.
    8. Spiritualism is the best way too. Also includes CHANTING MANTRA.
    9. Read about people's journey and share your thoughts.
    10. Find your triggers and work on them.
These are all some simple ways, That I believe are good to start with.
