    The enemy is a liar.

    Should you resist?

    Yeah, absolutely.

Yes, progress is hard-won, but the way you got there was one step forward, one step forward, one step forward. I think that if you just get back up and keep doing that, the habit of abstaining will kick in again and you'll be back to a more steady state.

Challenge yourself to get through the next 3 weeks, and at the end of that you'll be able to say to yourself: one bad day in a full year, not bad at all. Probably 99% of people here haven't gotten to that point yet. Actually, you should be able to honestly admit that to yourself right now: You've come an impressively long way! KEEP GOING!

I understand your situation and the same happened to me last time when I was at 220 days of PMO abstaining. There was pride in that downfall and I thought that this Nofap thing was getting too easy, didn't participate on the forum like I used to and didn't watch my back too much for temptation. One thing led to another and I relapsed! Take this as a lesson of humility and keep moving forward without stressing too much! You have made much progress during these 343 days and it will be way easier getting there again than the first time.

When it happened with me, I PMO'd for a whole week and got right back to it but I recommend you to resist because if you don't resist it will be way harder to get back on track afterwards!

MOing is not ideal, but it's miles better than PMOing / bingeing.
Sure, perhaps you've fallen off the horse...
But you've made a lot of progress, progress that simply isn't erased by a single relapse.
As hard as it is, don't let lust tempt you into bingeing or watching porn.
This time, go even further than before!

  10. Day 12- Managed to wake up early at 5:30am. It is tough but I will do this for the next 5 days. It is time to do things that I thought were impossible and train my will power.

Day 13. I don’t really get urges for porn but I do get urges to masturbate. Just re-focus on other areas like work and meditation helps a lot.

That is really awesome that you haven’t watched porn thoigh so I would give yourself some credit. Relapses are usually much worse. Dust your self off and come back strong. You can do it man!

  13. Excerpt from the book, The Porn Circuit by Covenant Eyes:
    "
    Vigilance
The road to recovery is a heavyweight bout. A boxer keeps his gloves up to protect his face,
his elbows down to protect his ribs, and his eyes focused on his opponent’s every move. In
recovery, lowering one’s guard is like begging for a sucker punch. Stop being vigilant and the
addictive habits can ease back into life and again claim control.

I am sorry to hear that.
That was a fallout and there was something wrong in your look out toward sex and in of course your deed, but every one of us has experienced it and learnt things from our mistake.
In my idea, you deprived yourself from a self made addictive pleasure of sex and not the real one. There is no euphoria in real sex in that level and intense which you was thinking about.
So, I think your addictive pathway of your body took over your will and your intelligence.
I think it is a good idea to change your thoughts about sex. In my view sex pleasure is very limited and resulted in weakness in men. Even sex with women is becoming addiction in men, you can read biography of Galileo or Tesla .
Your body have conditioned to release sexual hormones by seeing ,the real is by doing. There was a time in your past before you enter your body into this conditioning, think about it. You didn't feel any joy or pleasure by seeing women's buttocks shaking or anything else.
That is real . That is the characteristics of healthy body. But you yourself started to conditioning this body to be aroused to the point when you have intercourse just by seeing or thinking about this stuff . How?by repeating those thoughts and fapping or watching porn and fapping. This is pleasures arises from addiction, just like heroin or cocaine addiction. They lose their life just by allocating their time and energy to get high,by that addiction. Do you want the same thing? you can loose your life, your body, your potentials to thrive by remaining in this state.
So, think about the time when you didn't enter your body I to this new addiction.
And write the characteristics of that healthy body or any other successful guys ,and also when every thoughts come into your head write them and also write the thoughts and feelings of a healthy body in that situation and compare them.
The urges will fade away .
It maybe take a long time , 3 months, 6 or even 2 year. But you will reach to the good knowledge about the healthy body and you will reach to the healthy body itself too.
The first 3 days is very hard. Then the first two weeks is becoming easier, then the first month is the third period then you have the second month which is easier than the first and the third one is becoming easier.
But the most important is to have a body free from thoughts ,urges and the body which is balance.
I recommend before you starting this , after one week of your falling by Pmo ,masturbate one ,two or three times to experience and feeling the body that is balanced and is totally free from sexual temptations and thoughts and unbalance.
    Hope it would be useful.
And this would be worth watching .
