Today I will not use porn because my life already kinda sucks

 

Today I will not do PMO because yesterday I relapsed and today I am not going to make that same mistake again..

Today I will not watch porn and netiher do masturbation, because I have goals in this life and I think porn addiction ruins my physical health.

 

Today I will not PMO because I am working towards better health, and I want to do everything that is necessary to achieve it.
