Day 5/7 Today was refreshing. My mind is clear as ever, feeling positive about my improvement. I'm not going to get cocky though, this time I will make sure I follow it through. - updated at 8:21 PM
3/7 and my motivation is getting higher day by day...as i imagine myself to conquer it on making it to 7/7
Day 3 I know I can do this. Honestly this post is great for people like me who haven't gone past a week in a while. My last streak was 8 days. I will try to make it to the end of November. I am working out and eating good. Also taking supplements and stuff.
Finally, after almost 3 whole months of attempting this challenge, I have finally completed! On to 14 days! Good luck everyone!
Using dumbbells at home, walking is not bad .. third day but started to be hard. Doing my best to do it for a week, still reading the getting started guide though.
