Today I will use porn or masturbate because it lowers my energy level and brings me further from connecting to my true authentic self.

 

Today I will not do porn because I look at people who have a clear mind to change the world, and I want to clear my mind from years of brain fog and addiction to PMO.

 

Today I will not use porn because I don't want to feel ashamed about any part of my life.
