Hair regrowth

I read that many times but unfortunately it doesn't look real for me

 

My understanding is that baldness is caused by genetic predisposition. I don't think PMO causes hair loss.

 

I found a similar thing happen. I'm 28 and my hair has been slowly but steadily thinning since I was about 21.

However, in the last ~2 years I've drastically decreased the amount of times I PMO. From teens into adulthood, I would PMO several times a week, sometimes every day. Now it's every few weeks on average, with a few months completely free as well.

In that time, I've noticed a slowing down in the thinning of my hair, and in some parts it has indeed started to grow back.

There's probably no studies on this? But it makes logical sense to me. With or without porn, wasting the stuff that creates life on a daily basis would surely compromise one's ability to sustain their own health. All you need to do is be conscious of how tired we are after masturbating... The rest of our body would presumably go into recovery mode and put all other growth areas on pause.

A similar effect can be seen in many rebooters talking about muscle growth as well, as just one example.

 

To be honest i also seen some improvement my hair got better and tickher and i did not lose that much hair some people will say it is not true but i think it is btw i did no pmo for 42 days

 

I can confirm, whenever i binge my hair goes to sh1t, gets greasy, scalp gets itchy, starts falling faster. If i abstain from sex fantasizing/masturbation/porn for 7 days or more it gets better, in 20 days it gets much, much better and i think i even see regrowth.

This has happened numerous times. Same way each time.

 

I would not rely on NoFap if you have hairloss and want to combat it, try scientific-proven medication against hairloss like Propecia or Rogaine.

 

I have been using hairmetto for one month and I think it has been helping

 

Similar thing here actually. I have had a receding hair line for the last few years and also hair that was getting thinner. Now i will admit my hair is much thicker and I have had some random hairs start to actually spout out of my receding hair line spot.

 

Hair growth is linked with testosterone level. The more you have testosterone better will be your hair growth.
More you masturbate, more testosterone you lose and that may cause hair loss.
