Day 1.

Kind of slept in, but glad I prayed Fajr on time (finally after so long). Finished the day of well and excited for tomorrow to tackle on some homework that I've been delaying!

It sucks to have relapsed especially since I saw the newly dubbed name for this month = New Life November, but I promise and vow to finish this month without relapsing and head on to December!!!

It's my gift to myself!!!

Getting harder for me now as the urges are there. Almost masturbated last night and this morning, but i stayed strong. Half way there so i can not give up. This is the 2nd longest i have gone without masturbation, for as long as i can remember. Bring on the 14 days!

I will commit myself to this challenge !! Every day I'll post on this topic and report how my days were, literally the first two weeks must be difficult, but it's nothing I can stand or at least try! Good Morning!

This is the first day, and it sounds very easy to refrain from PMO. However I believe that the other days will tell how much I am now dependent on PMO. Let's go!

 

Back to Day 0 but I am doing much better than last month.I went 5 days 18 hours without PMO. Now aiming to beat this.

 

Day zero, again. I think. Yeah i’m going to go woth zero.

 

dang it!!!! woke up from what would have been a wet dream and finished it off. back to day 0. Im gonna make it this time!
