Day 2 almost finished, I will start 2019 with a clear mind and a better me but I need to stop looking for a false representation of love..... I have had a gf for almost 3 years and I know what it means to be loved and to love someone. However, when we were alone, this misrepresentation made me doubt and I realized that I didn't really know how to do anything other than what I had seen in P... Not that I haven't shown him affection and tenderness, but as far as the rest is concerned, I still have a misguided vision of the reality of intimacy with a person...

After 153 days I decided to downgrade from no PM to no P. Today, 19 days later, I woke up with nocturnal emission. It feels like the two times I was enjoying M could be the cause of this uncontrolled behaviour... so in order to fix that I am now joining this challenge with no PMN (porn masturbation, nocturnal emission) and the goal is to complete it before I’m loosening it to my more long term goal of no P.

Another relapse... But I wasn't searching for bad things like P videos hard but something more soft like a girl M a guy (well should not tell you that to not attempt you to fail but I need your support guys).
