So, I’ve reached the end of this road. 30 days completed today. Once or twice I was sure I wouldn’t be able to make it. I literally sat with my finger on the enter button, ready to just spoil it all. But I managed to back off, to give myself some time, some air. The advice I can give to you who have urges right now: even though you are 100% convinced that they will never go away until you PMO, it’s not true. They won’t last forever, hang in there and see for yourself.

Moving on to the 60DC, I expect to see you soon mates!
