I will not pmo today because it would be a waste of time

 

Today I will not use porn because it's killing me. It wants me to believe I can't defeat it, but I will never believe that shit. I will stay strong and do not give up.

I recently did not use it for 19days and it felt amazing. And I rewarded myself with a one day binge and that felt awful, I feel crap about myself and regretting the extent I took the binge by staying awake so late watching that rubbish. Tbh IIjust feel pretty empty and frustrated just not a good feeling, at all. I know I'm better than that, and want to now do a minimum of 4weeks of no porn.

 

Today I will not PMO because I like being clean too much, it feels really good to not have PMO'd for a month.

 

Today I wont pmo to not enter that hallucination mode (hangover) for many hours after relaspse and to not be a zombie

 

Today I will not use porn because I can see past this affliction. I want to be better.
