day 3/60. Already at 5%

 

Day (whatever day it is today - I'm on phone so can't see)/60. Performing some theatre this afternoon, generally feeling good about it all

 

day 10, after relapsing at day 48. This time I will make it. One day at a time.

 

Day 20

 

On my 10th day. Fantasizing kept me up last night, but I know it's just my brain trying to trick me into PMO. And I know where that road leads.

I know what you are going through with the fantasies. Luckily they haven't kept me up at night but they come a lot during the day. I have to remind myself to stay focused and not be distracted. Congrats on day 10. Should be proud you are now in double digits.

 

I'll try to constantly keep focus on want I really need to do and not let my mind go away to be attempt to fail... I think about something to those who mainly try stop P : okay what we see look great BUT you not feel it you just see and that's annoying.
