Were you erect? could it have been precum? seems unlikely that actual semen would be discharged after only 14 days if you were flaccid, unaroused and for no reason. Any UTI symptoms? burning, persistent feeling like you need to pee? pain in lower abdomen, groin, testicles?

 

So when you when to take a poop, it was there? That has happened to me. It's normal.

If the stool was hard and you were staining to pass it, this could have stimulated seminal vesicles and prostate causing the emission of some semen. It's fine, don't worry about it. Infrequently, I urinate semen, and it's just an emptying of excess my body has built up.
If it's not causing symptoms, it's probably just the normal sexual cycle flushing out excess semen or something like that. If there is a problem though, ask a doctor about it.
