Didn't post yesterday.... Am on day 3. Yes the urges exist and I feel so messed up with the day.....

Trying a challenge again. Day 0.

 

Day one, very motivated today. I will not look at porn because I feel it twists my mind into someone I'm not, wont masturbate because I am more productive than that, and wont orgasm because discipline will give me strength

 

Again i start the challenge i had success 7/7 but relapsed on 8.It's enjoying for me to again taking the part which will give me more confidence to do another greater one..
