    Hi guys,

I am asking whether anyone of you also had following health problems:

Cold hands and feets along with sweatning feets at the same time! My doctors say everything is fine with my body... Vitamine B, Iron, Mg, etc.

These things started for me in the same age as I started M (8 years ago).

Since October last year I had reduced the amount of M, nad I had seen following changes: My hands are not cold anymore and the sweatning has reducde too, but feet are still cold. But since February this year, my knees have also started getting cold now and they feel weirdly uncomfortable and tired (but no pain!). I think something is wrong with my nerves down there (maybe just exhaustion through M), but the neurologist could not find anything there. I can do sports and everything, no problem, but when I am sitting my knees feel weird and cold. Now since I have completely stopped M (October this year). My feet are warmer now and the sweatning has alomst gone (I mostly had the sweatning when I was around people, but because the social anxiety is almost gone now, the sweatning is also gone). But the knees are still sometimes cold which is really annoying. Though I have seen some slight improvements there, I am still worried. I keep calming my self that as I keep on going abstaining from M, time will cure my symptoms.

    Anyone with similar experiences here?

I have similar experience. It will get better after you abstain from PMO for a quite long time.

  4. Hi changemyself,
I used to have cold hands and cold feet symptoms until I stopped PMO for good almost two months ago, but I never had cold knees symptom. I used to feel cold from the inside too and sweat profusely when eating indoors, which were not good signs. The most scary thing was sometimes even the semen ejaculated were cold. My hands used to crack and chap very severely in winter to the point of bleeding. When you abuse your body over a long enough period of time (in my case - 48 years), your body will start giving you warning signs. If you ignore the signs, you will have to pay for the costs heavily. Life is short, the pleasure derived from jerking off is even shorter, don't shorten your life by wasting away your precious energy through your fingers :)

Thanks guys for sharing your experiences.

Especially in the last days I have experienced the following:

I think this coldness and weird feelings come from being depressed and having bad/negative thoughts. The lsat few days I have done the following experiment: I have forced myself to keep smiling and only think positive only have nice thoughts. And this really helped!!! The smiling forces me to be happy and think about happy memories and exciting moments and I STAY WARM!

I think the excssive masturbation has brought my happy level so down, that its hard for me to feel happy without masturbating. The same effect that comes with every drug... in order to be in a good mood, you need the drug.

Yes, I experience that cold feet and hands thing too! My hands also crack and chap these days because it's winter.

That might also be thyroid symptoms. Most doctors are awul at recognising that. Find good functionalmedicine practisioner if you feel like.

  8. Hi Kazekaito04,

Yes my hands used to crack and chap severely during winter to the degree that I had to put band-aids on them. Now over 60 days PMO free, my hands don't crack or chap in winter anymore. Keep it up and you'll notice the difference.

I can tell you exactly what it is: ANXIETY.

When you are anxious blood goes to the vital organs (fight/flight response) and away from your extremities.

Exactly!! What else can I do to lower the anxiety? Any special teas? I do sports...

Thanks FreedomFlight! You really make me hopes :)

Another reason that speak for the anxiety is that a few years ago, I would often hyperventilate in nervous moments. I.e. my feet, hands, lips and even the nose would tingle and heartbeat would be strong. But since I have reduced/stopped PMO it only happens rarely now.

One more question: Can one explain, that I often experience that after eeating properly, my whole body gets nicely warm? Is it meaybe because being full makes one happy and relaxed?

    1. Over masturbation fatigues the adrenal system and parasympathetic nervous system. It causes imbalances in dopamine, aldosterone, testosterone, cortisol, and adrenaline. STOP IT. It primes the body for anxiety.

    2. Get plenty of good REM sleep each night. Sleep is when your body repairs itself.

    3. Get some aerobic exercise each day (sports is great for this). Just a little aerobic exercise (20 min) is all you need to help control adrenaline and balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

    4. Stay away from CAFFEINE or any other stimulant. Stimulants raise adrenaline. Adrenaline imbalances the parasympathetic nervous system. Your parasympathetic nervous is what allows you to relax.

    5. Stay away from the wrong foods. Did you know that some foods like cheese, dairy, gluten can raise anxiety? For me it's cheese. Cheese contains lots of tyramine which can make anxiety worse.

    6. NO ALCOHOL. I did this one for way too many years and paid dearly for it when I got older. Alcohol artificially raises GABA (neurotransmitter that helps you relax). Drink for many years, like I did, and the body becomes dependent on the alcohol to supply GABA. Take away the alcohol, even for a day or two, and the body freaks out (HIGH ANXIETY/PANIC ATTACKS) until you take another drink. The body actually stops producing it's own GABA because it has relied on the alcohol to do it. Alcohol does the same thing with serotonin. This is what keeps alcoholics returning back to the booze. Getting off this roller coaster helped my anxiety IMMENSELY.

    7. Breathing: VERY IMPORTANT. Try this exercise. Inhale slowly through your nose. Now EXHALE even slower through the nose or mouth. MUCH slower until the breath is out. LONG EXHALES. This slows down vagus nerve activity. It lowers the heart rate and calms the mind and body. Do this a few times a day.

These things have helped me so much with anxiety. They might help you too.

I don't have much time to response right now, I'll be able to give a more in depth answer in a week or so but I'm really happy today as after a year of symptom searching and doctor visits I'm finally pretty sure that all the health problems I have are related to adrenal fatigue. I think the same solutions can help you with your problems but you'd have to search if you can find yourself in any of the symptoms

    well.

i did pmo over 16 years.

    p-free since around 3 months.

i regularly have had cold feet during sex - though not all the time.

but right now I have this problem with my left foot and it came out of nowhere. there is a feeling on my sole that feels like it is electrified. i have that feeling at work and at home. with and without socks. and i don't like it, too.

if it won't disappear in two weeks i will take a deeper look into that issue.

i also feel a little bit more uncalm in general.

but saying that in my opinion it might not have anything to do with my nofap-issue.

Totally true. After each masturbation I get cold feet and hands. Totally normal as the energy gets drained.

    Thanks guys.

On the one side it really relaxes me, that I am not the only one with that problem, so there seems to be a connection between over-masturbation on cold hands /feet.

I will definitely learn that breathing, which will for sure improve my anxiety situation.

  18. Yes changemyself,

Of course you are not alone ! There is a definite connection between over masturbation/sex and cold hands/feet as they drain your energy and rare minerals in your body (especially if the ejaculation doesn't bring complete orgasm as in normal male/ female intercourse). History witnessed a lot of emperors who died young and suffered terrible deaths as they over-exhausted themselves indulging in sex. I think sex is intended by Nature as a means for reproduction of the species (which explains why sex drives are so strong), not as a means for self-pleasure.
