Feel so guilty, need comfort !

I'll repost my reply from an identical thread an add you are choosing to feel this way. If you don't want to feel guilty, choose to feel something else:

Failing is necessary. You will fail. Not always, but sometimes. It is always necessary. Why? You will learn from it. What if you fail again? You will fail as many times as it is necessary for you to learn.

Do not give up. Change your approach. It's more than just posting on NoFap, downloading K9 and getting an accountability partner, it's about changing your life. Your life (as well as mine and many others here) has revolved around porn. Now is the time to get not 1 new hobby, maybe 3 new hobbies, as many hobbies as it takes. A hobby that keeps you in shape, a hobby that you enjoy and a hobby that'll make you money. Throw in some meditation, yoga/stretching, reading/learning and healthy eating. Make a mission statement. How do you make your life better through and through. Execute.

Know one thing. You have a choice. Accept the decisions you make, right or wrong. You decided to watch porn, you must accept this and not anguish over it. It'll make you stronger.

I find that it serves no purpose to feel guilty. In fact I reckon that porn is specifically designed to promote feelings of guilt/inadequacy/shame etc. so that you end up looking at more. Like all of us, you are on a journey and sometimes there will be slip-ups.
