Relapse - New goal: Break Orgasm Addiction

  1. After doing ok for 10 days with no PM, I had major relapse.

    I stopped PM, but had sex, and this lead back to PM. I need to do hard-mode reboot. Orgasm is the drug I'm addicted to more than P. I have not gone more than 1-3 days without for many years, but this has to be my focus.

    INITIAL PLEDGE: No O for 1 week. MUST DO THIS! MUST GET BACK ON TRACK! MUST HEAL!

  2. Almost one day done. Doesn't sound like much, but I'm about 1/7 the way towards my initial goal. No PMO, no sex. Hard reboot. Must do it!

    tomorrow don't focus on "i have to quit for 6 more days" focus on not orgasming tomorrow. just focus on getting through one day. then tuesday you will focus on Tuesday. let us know how it goes!

  6. Almost two days done, 2/7 of my initial goal. So far not bad at all. Stayed busy. I'm worried because usually the need (withdrawal) kicks in strong after 3 days and beyond that is unknown territory.

  8. On the third day. Difficult. I peeked at P images today, which was bad, but I stuck to my pledge and did not MO. Then I deleted/blocked the images. I will go for a walk to clear my mind.

    I am almost 40% to my initial goal of no O for 1 week. I'm going to make it!

    Resisting P and M and O (and P substitutes too) will be something I must also commit to very soon.
