Thank you nofap....

I want to say thank you to the nofap community for opening my eyes and mind to more than just being but to the openness off raw emotions that are written with the intent of sharing and hopefully helping others along their own voyage. I have read some amazing stories and some that seem a bit much...but who am I to judge. I find myself relating and at the same time outgrowing some of the forums. I am considering taking a hiatus from the nofap community and checking back in when I feel tempted. This really ahs given me a foundation to move on and stay the course. I assume this is normal as I have seen members fall off or not checking in as frequently as they did when first introduced to this site. So I guess I have reached a stage where I too can take a slight break and be an observer. I will ever on the sidelines watching the success of my fellow nofap bros. Good luck to us all and stay committed to making good choices.

 

I can honestly say that things have been going good for me. No temptations, no set backs and still moving forward. Life is good. I thought I would log on and see how others are doing. It can be done. I don't need crutches to get me through the day.

 

When we stop making poor choices things seem to look better and our focus is on other things, self improvement, better social skills, and imoroved relationships. There is nothing super human just awareness and self discipline. I now understand that I was hiding behind "addiction" instead of fear and choices. I am better now and continue to improve. I learned from be my past and am doing better

 

I guess there are others on this sight that have been improving their selves because I see less and less post. Participation has declined in voicing, sharing, and lessons learned from some vocal individuals with strong views. I wonder is it that they have found their peace and conquered their "addiction" or if they outgrew the forum. Oh well. Hope you all well.

 

As the holidays pass I find that I am so busy and can't keep up with myself. I find that these distractions keep me from falling prey to P and keeping me on the wagon. I really do feel that my abstinence has kept me strong and I don't fall back to old habits and choices. My life is Fuller without the fakeness of the internet easy pornography and the strip clubs wasting my hard earned money on women that are only interested in just that my money. I now enjoy the simpler things in life....real life connections with some nice people. Just thought I would check in.
