Hands Shaking

    Has anyone else ever experienced their hands constantly shaking at times? This started about a year into my addiction. I noticed today in class when I just hold my hands out, it shakes even when I’m not anxious or nervous.

    If you are not over 60 its probably not parkinsons disease.
    It might be related to dopamine, because PMO messes up dopamine balance.

    I had problems for over 20 years with stuttering (which many think is dopamine related). WHen i dont PMO it is almost gone. Like from 80 % to 5 %.

    My fingers can shake sometimes a bit too. ALthough it can be from computer games :).

    How can you tell for sure that you're not anxious ? It happens to me sometimes and usually this is because of anxiety. Nothing bad. And no, you do not have Parkinson's disease if you still go to high school :D

    I used to have not only shaky hands but also a slightly shaking body in social situations when I was PMO:ing. Sitting or standing next to someone (especially attractive women) made me shake/tremble automatically.
    I also had a hard time standing up for myself without getting shaky and anxious afterwards. This was probably due to messed up dopamine-levels (and T-levels) because today, I never have this problem.

    Thy're not shaking, but sometimes i feel they do not have the strength they should.

    usually my stomach starts to hurt when I’m anxious and I start blinking a lot. They’ll shake in situations where I’m feeling fine and know I have nothing to worry about.

    You may want to see your doctor. Shaking hands can be caused by a number of reasons.
     
  8. Anxiety doesn't necessarily always exist in the conscious. I've come to learn that my anxiety can somatise into detectable symptoms, even if I'm not thinking about the trigger.
    I'd say continue trying to get through no PMO, but if things become problematic, speak to a medical professional about it. There's no harm in telling someone about it.
