Hey guys, i was thinking about wet dreams, and i know it will eventually happen to me, but idk why im scared. I dont want to have a wet dream. Will this ruin everything ive worked hard for up to that point? Is there any way, any tips on how to prevent wet dreams?

Don't worry about it, simply tell yourself that it is something you don't want and don't stimulate yourself inappropriately while awake.

No, it won't ruin anything but I would be on guard - after a nocturnal emission it can get pretty hard to fight off lust. Be vigilant.

Never touch the glans. Don't look at porn or have fantasies that objectify women. Avoid stimulants including processed sugar and caffeine. Consider wearing a preventer.
