Edging got me. At least it doesn't come with the depression and hopelessness, but it still cannot be a part of the reboot process. Glad to say I didnt use porn. Restarting day 2.

Glad you didnt visit the site, that's a very slippery slope that inevitably will lead to MO. I know I'm incapable of just "looking". I've heard many ppl on here say the same. I know I've taken cold showers for a couple months now, feel great and never want to MO in the shower. I know I've experienced trouble concentrating but it's because my body is telling me I'm not doing something I usually do (PMO) and is confused. I would basically drift and daydream of P or experiences in the past. I try to stay focused at the task at hand till exhaustion then just sleep.

 

Day 7/7 woot made it. Very happy. Thanks everyone been a great week, very clear. On to the next week. I will see you guys again eventually. Not afraid of coming back, just always want to keep myself in check and make sure I come back for the right reasons. Thanks for being here
