    • Make your life great again
Good morning everyone!! Hold your ground and try to understand your own goals! It's no use fighting something we do not know! Be objective when it comes to life itself! One day at a time and always keep in mind that those who give in to temptation are yourself!

  6. Nothing specific from this streak. But overall since stopping pm...
I can be in a place with lots of women and not ogle them or try to see how much skin I can. Basically I can treat them like people. That’s the best change.

Hit 365 days couple of days ago! A year without masturbation! Not sure if I am reaping the full benefits yet, but I am more focused and thinking constantly about goals and future. After decades of mindless masturbation, one year of mindful abstinence from masturbation seems peaceful, guilt-free. Lot of things to do, journey continues. Good luck fellas! Keep at it!

  15. Day 13- I achieved my goal of 11 days no PMO two days ago. Next goal is 21 days no PMO.

Taking a break from the internet this weekend was really good. This weekend was a breeze, almost too easy. I still need to remain vigilant and not get over confident.

How can I think, feel, and behave differently to produce the effect/result that I want?
Joe Dispenza, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One

How can I think, feel, and behave differently to produce the effect/result that I want? Our mission, then, is to willfully move into the state of consciousness that allows us to connect to universal intelligence, make direct contact with the field of possibilities, and send out a clear signal that we truly expect to change and to see the results that we want—in the form of feedback—produced in our lives.

When we arrive at the conclusion that our physiological vehicle is made up of the same stuff as the rest of the universe, and these folks bump up against the notion that what animates the body is a form of energy—the same 99.99999 percent “nothing” that constitutes the physical universe—they either shrug and walk away or come to realize that there is something to this notion that a unifying principle pervades all of physical reality.

    Day 13/365.

The weekend went better than expected! Though there were a couple of times of incredibly strong reset urges, I managed to control them enough to prevent myself from actually resetting. Now 5 slightly easier days. :) Oh, and I'm almost at 2 weeks! Yay! I believe that this is by far the longest I've gone without since I started this crap... :D

Congratulations! Well done! Keep going, the benefits will only improve! :)
