    Just relapsed 3 times since the start of NoFap, can I get some encouragement? I am in need of help.

    Remind yourself of how much this behavior is costing you and what you will lose out on in life, and the pain it will bring. Then make a firm decision that you don't want it anymore, then restart your reboot. Be an encouragement to others here - you will reap what you sow.
