Wow. Bro. I am been there done that. I am happy that you are still here after all the failure. What I have done is decided that I am done with PMO for good. Although I have only done 11 days. I have made a commitment for life.

I changed all my P site passwords too.

One other thing that has worked for me is that I recognize when my trigger happens. And I attempt to distract myself early on.
