Day 2/90. Frustrating day today, but slept really good last night. I can't remember feeling so rested in a long time. Also 55 days no coffee, that's a win

Day 30 of 90. 1/3 of the way done. I felt this weird thing happening with my body and I was worried. I did the PIED test(which I should have done in day 1) and am all good. Every thing is functioning. Hope this does not mean I have to start over. 60 days left

Well in my honest opinion I don’t think wet dreams are bad, it’s your bodies way of releasing in a natural way. I wish I had wet dreams.

 

no man, i don´t agree sorry . edging can lead you to a full blown relapse. you´re filling your head with intensive sexual stimulation (still) and it´s more likely when you´re in a vulnerable moment to use that intensive stimulation to get rid of some undesirable feeling - the addict behaviour. edging is dangerous and not healthy.
i think the best path resides on two things - creating a new porn-free life meanwhile you´re using strategies to stay away from porn. after a while, the new life will install and porn will be just a distant memory of a dark time.

 

Maya, have you notice how much time as passed since you post here? that´s the level of your commitement...

if you want different results, you got to do different things. instead of being hesitant and indulge yourself, you got to totally engage in the reboot. make yourself totally commited to create a new life. what are you waiting for?

yesterday i got to stay home alone. the morning was great but in the afternoon i started getting lazy and start peeking... but i guess i just didn´t motivate myself enough yesterday. one more lesson learned.
