day 7 my balls hurt

    I used to edge for long without orgasm (I ejaculated in the same day because my balls hurt) now I am on day 7 I didn't watch porn nor fantasized nor edged but today my balls hurt (not so much it come and go) but I am worried is that normal because my balls feel weird and one is slightly bigger than the other ?? is that normal?
