Have to admit, today it was a bit difficult to resist the urges to masturbate but somehow I made it thru. Thank goodness! Another day in the books. Let’s keep this challenge going.

Day 12 of 21 done this morning. Got to keep myself in check. My addicted brain is starting to come up with excuses to take a peek but i know that it's a slippery slope from there. Got to be ready to hit the panic button at any point. I just keep reminding myself of how good it feels to conquer each day. I'm determined to see this through. Let's all keep at it.
