Day 26 will be complete in a couple of hours. Still a struggle as P urges never really seems that far away have to be constantly aware of triggers. But the journey continues forward.

35 days that is great 5 weeks of no PMO. Keep moving forward one day at a time. Pretty soon you will be at 60 and then 90.

The best thing that you have done. Getting rid of possible triggers will make this easier, it is no the end all as there are many other things that may cause you to relapse, but one of the keys is to be aware of them and to try and eliminate them as much as possible. Great job. It sounds like you are doing this for both yourself and your wife to help improve your marriage. I am doing it for the same reason. It took me a long time to even realize how this was effecting my marriage, but as I have been going through with no PMO I believe that my marriage is getting stronger, with more honestly and doing more things together. We just enjoy being with each other more and no more sneaking off for a porn fix. I feel much better about myself. Good luck.

  8. Try to replace your addiction with something good, remember you should think about other things, don't keep your mind busy in trying to resist the temptation, let your mind think about something completely different instead. For example, challenge yourself with 30 days of cold showers, 30 day plank challenge and so on. Try to do whatever you can to make yourself busy. Make it a habit to press the panic button in the top right corner, then it becomes easier to use it as soon as you feel the slightest little urge. If you're fighting thoughts that flies into your head and you don't know how to get rid of them, take that bloody cold shower, get dressed, open the windows and/or balcony, put on some music, go and grab a dumbbell and do some workout.

Another very good thing you can do is to motivate others on this forum. This makes you remember why you are doing this and you become stronger at the same time you are helping other people to become stronger too. :)

Whatever you do, make sure you keep yourself as busy as you can. If you find yourself thinking about wrong things, click the panic button and find a good quote and use it as a mantra to block other thoughts. I know you can do this.

The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.

4 days and relapsed... I was thinking my mood will keep me away but that worse because I was telling myself that I'll be alone now (trying to think about a excuse...).

    Anyway, start again

Day 4/60 I busted one this Sunday having sex with my gf; I had to start over. I should probably just stop having sex altogether.

5/60 ... 35 days without PMO... for the last five days I was so busy with my work... so mentally and physically I was totally engaged in work... I couldn't realise that 5 days have passed. I should keep myself engage in coming days. But still I have the habit of day dreaming. I should stop that.
