-realizing i have an issue with PMO
and being able to do something about it
(went a long time before I fully acknowledged this)
-living in a peaceful country and neighbourhood
-rediscovering AA
-continued sobriety
-renewed interest in reading
-the many contributors on this forum

 

I am grateful for this website existing, so I can find addiction related information and discuss it.
I am grateful for the upbringing that I had.
I am grateful for my government that I live in relative peace rather in anarchy.

 

i'm grateful for friends in this forum, so I can have a safe space to talk about and deal with my problems.
