Yep, that's how it goes. Waves of desire come at you and then they go back out to sea. Never get fooled by the idea that they are permanent.

Day 3/90: I completed my first challenge today. Here's to it being the first of many!

However,I have had some incredible advice and help on here,which really kept me motivated to get past my best streak,so a big thanks to those who have been so giving and who inspired me.
After surpassing my longest streak it was a nice downhill run in terms of minimal, if not no waves.

I guess my waves of desire for p. are far out to sea now and way past the lighthouse/NoFap website and 90 day group that has been a beacon of hope throughout this incredible learning experience.Now, I really believe I can accomplish this 90 day challenge.Thanks and see you all at the finish line!

 

Wrapping up day 9 and feeling really good to fight this fight and know it can be overcome! Looking forward to each day!
