7/60.... 37 days no PMO... for last few days I feel so relaxed.... I remember the kind of stress that I went through in the first few weeks... now I feel my mind so relaxed and I am so happy about my improvement.... But for last one week, since I was so busy with my exams I couldn't keep my journaling and update in Nofap. I should keep doing it. Because 30 days no PMO is not enough to reboot the brain. It will take time. So I should keep journals and update Nofap, And I also used to read books about porn addiction and share notes in Nofap. I will continue all these because it always keeps me alert. even after 2 weeks my mind is still so distracted. I am not able to work with concentration. Still I am daydreaming a lot. Until I stop daydreaming completely I wont come out of this. So remember that.

relapse this tuesday. there's a lot of conflits in my mind these days, and I really need some encouragements. I'm downhearted. I find it so hard to even reach my 30d. my first streak is great, I managed 70d. but later, I failed and failed again. it's really discouraging sometimes.
however, I think it's time for a new streak.
    day 0.

"P promised us freedom, yet we became enslaved. P promised us intimacy, yet we only found isolation. P promised us excitement, yet we eventually ended up bored. P promised us 'adult entertainment' yet we became increasingly juvenile."

Dude just don't give up, it's hard for all of us. Actually when I write this post I'm trying to not left NoFap and let this urge control myself...
Try to find something that deliver you a real happiness and not a gift that make you feel guilty after open it.
I don't know your age but play an online video game, go in a walking path... a lot of thing are better than P***.

  18. Day 31/60. Just signing on after the being in the 30 day challenge. My goal is 90 and taking the Hard route. New territory for me for quite sometime. Before NoFap I pretty much struggled on my own. Would get to 30 days and relapse. Have new determination now. A goal and a vision I want to achieve and that's new - as opposed to just trying to stop.

Appreciate all here and the sharing that goes on. So helpful.
