7/24....it appears that I can go without any urges or strong emotions for about 7 days, and then the urges kick in... yesterday wasnt easy as I was super horny, but this morning I am feeling calm...hoping I can develop the inner strength to refuse it until it drowns.

 

Day 81/90 - A little more than a week left to reach 90 days.
I started becoming voyeuristic from about the age of 5 or 6, then later as a pre-teen, I located a local bookstore that stocked semi-racy magazines and would peruse the magazine racks and sometimes sneak them out under my coat. When the internet became a thing, I watched about as much porn as I could. So this addiction went on for decades until just the beginning of this year when I read the book "Your Brain on Porn" and started to understand what I'd done to myself. Making commitments on this NoFAP website has been the key to breaking the habit, but it seems not long enough to cure a lifetime of addiction. I'll probably join the 365 Days Challenge after finishing these 90 days.
