    Is anyone here vegan or vegetarian? In what ways are you changing your diet to make it more healthy while abstaining from PMO? Thanks!

    Intermittent fasting and never eating when I’m hungry (to decondition my craving mechanism). Low carb, high protein, high fat. Read this:https://gettingstronger.org/diet/ this guy is pretty genius.

    I’ve had no junk food (ice cream, fast food, cookies, cereal) for 2 months, which is the longest in the 20 years I’ve been living, though I do drink a lot of fruit smoothies, which I’m going to stop.

    I agree with the intermittent fasting. I have kept doing that for about 1 year and its so different. First, you have more time cause we just it 2-3 times per day. I didnt like to wake up and take a meal cause I didnt feel hungry. And at last, I am not so low of energy like before.
