Relapsed on 6th day, a new experience

    I am on the start of my 6th day of Nofap. But i relapsed, yes i am sad that it won over my willpower but i have experienced myself with the feeling that my addiction was much more strong than my willpower and now i emerged with much more strong willpower to quit it.
    I experienced the reason of relapsed. The problem of the urge, that is my takeaway from these relapse.Yes, i am feeling a little low, but i am motivated that next time these reason cannot effect me to bag me in my addiction.
    There are some experiences i want to share for them who starting NOFAP or who are already in these struggling
    1.Make your willpower stronger not only for abstaining from porn but in every aspect of life, like if you want to get up at 5 am, win over your brain negative self talk and do it.
    2. Exercise for your body fitness, and eat healthy. It subconsciously makes your brain happy by releasing endorphins
    3. Practice meditation, it will help you make your willpower stronger, and you will learn to respect yourselves.
    4. There will be relapses, but dont get discouraged, experience the takeaway from, learn the cause of it and avoid it next time.

    Today when i relapsed these above four points are not with me. yesterday, my willpower to exercise diminished and allowed my brain negative side to overpower my positive side. From there the failure led to relapse.
    Have control of your life, dont let anyone even you to exploit it. Fight it till you win it

    Willpower alone is not the way you need to get smarter to become aware and acceptend to the condtion to overcome urges :

    I think the thing with willpower is it will just drain your power its about avoiding the urges samrter by calming the brain and getting into new activatys. I have been to substance addiction now and cut them out ot my life and I learned this but I honestly can say P is the most powerfull one over me likly becasue it is so long in my life.

    Sport and exchange activtys - new habbit building is the other key thing ... I think you got that one right.

    Learn about the demon and the techniques for addiction treadment and cycle of depression lots of good matarial out there it is worth doing this that trying to do this with massiv willpower as this willpower thing is not realy the core truth to how it seems to be done to overcome a addiction..
