Nofap but lots of wet dreams

    hey guys,
    I’m a male and i’m 19 yo been fapping since the age of 16 once every single day.

    I tried several times before to quit Porn
    The Longest period was 21 days. What made me come back to porn is the frequency of experincing wetdreams cuz it make me remember how it feels to Watching porn and pornstars. And to be honest it’s so embarassing to wake up and see your sperm all over the bed.

    Is there a link between the two things ?
    Is there any fix for that ?
    I’m so tried of this situation

    1st of congratulations on identifying your addiction so early in your life (wish I had xD) and your 21 day streak. The wet dream is actually a good sign that your body is recovering from porn/masturbation abuse. Its completely natural and will eventually calm down in frequency.

    Often wet dreams involve porn use or sexual acts they can be at 1st quite scary I remember my 1st few I thought I had actually relapsed.
    But stay the course my young friend you can nip this thing in the bud and enjoy life as it was meant to be enjoyed! Best of luck to you

    Unfortunately there isn't much you can do about wet dreams. They are a part of the rebooting process. I know how bad it feels, but for me even though WDs lower my mood it is better than PMO.

    Guys, haven’t experienced this in the first reboot a couple years ago. Is it common to have wd after abstaining from pm? Just looking for a heads up so my wife doesn’t freak out.
