    Having strong urges to watch Porn from last 12 hours. I don't want to relapse anymore. Any idea how to supress the urge?

    You almost have a 10 day streak, don't give in to the urges now... they will be less strong in a few hours. Keep yourself busy: hang out with friends, go out for a walk, watch a movie, play a video game, or any other activity which shifts your focus away from porn.

    Watch as many motivational videos about NoFap and how to quit. Go out for a run and then take a cold shower, it should keep you less horny throughout the day.

    Read the whole thing before judging. DO NOT suppress the urge. Sit and think about it, concentrate on your breathing and flex your quad. Feel the nervous energy within you, master that shit, and channel it into a different mission. I have found this to be extremely beneficial for me so far on my journey. Best of luck!
