Day 0 starting this challenge. I relapsed several times and i want to leave this addiction now! So.. day 0/7

Day 6 one more day to go and I got a throphy for posting on here every day. I'm off work today and I wake up early in the morning. The energy is welling up inside me, it wants to be released. But I got to channel it into my day and not give in.
