happy with my 10 days aftre long defeat ....

    hi everybody ,
    i am a heavy fapper with an addiction of almost 10 years , my life became a misery
    i just want to share with you this small victory of 10 days withour PMO hardmode after a lot of months of heavy fapping since my last streak of one month.
    i think that i am in the flatline stage , i am really afraid of relapse
    does any one have a practical advise to keep moving forward without relapses ?

    Try this, tell yourself, " If I get a thought about watching porn, I will immediately do 10 pushups ( or something you like ) " almost every hour. Keep a note on your laptop.

    The problem is that everyone on here knows porn is bad for them, but when it comes to deciding, they aren't able to convert thought to action. The solution is to remove yourself from the situation. Play to your strengths.

    You've done well to get to 10 days man! Well done.

    If you have managed 10 days, you can certainly manage 11 days, and so on. Also remember, as the DeltaphosB dissipates, the craving/urges are easier to handle. Make sure you learn about that as having an understanding of the brain biology helps with the process.

    Are you pursuing any new good habits/goals with your new found discipline and motivation? :)

    Thank you man, yes i already read a lot about brain changes in this addiction, actually i am not doing any new activities because a lack of time
