    Let me introduce.
    I'm a 21 y-o male with ofcourse a addiction.
    And can't control what so ever!!
    I keep relapsing even when i'm active outside or busy or what ever.

    I tryd for 3 years...yes 3 years and still not longer than a week until relapse and failure.

    Its ruining my life all off my past relationships and current relationships.
    Ruining my face(acne i read bc of fappin)
    And ofcrouse the infamous ED

    What can i do? Keep trying do i somsthing wrong?
    (Well obliviously but dunno what)

    Btw i'm new here so still learning thnx.

    I'm right there with you man. I'm 22. Need help. Glad we have each other! Just started (again) today. First time on this forum. Gonna be a wild ride and no doubt a difficult one. I believe we can get over this addiction..LETS FUCKIN DO THIS

    Sirously im doing somethjng wrong.
    I always relapsing in the night ...

    How do yall handle urges bc that seems to be one of my biggest struggles

    Lol i feel like a hypocrite saying this but you cant do this without having a plan or routine per say. When i had my routine and followed it was so easy i had no time to fap or was to tired.
    My routine looked like this:
    Wake up 5am
    Work for an hour/running
    Take walks when feeling tempted
    Take cold showers twice a day
    Read your bible at least once per day
    Find a hobby
    Clean the yard/clean the house
    Go to sleep around 10pm
    Be truthful to yourself
    Go on Nofap Pray to Jehovah

    Im religious but you can replace those things with whatever you like such meditation or reading or something.When i got my job it was so hard to keep the routine but I have to make a new one . Hope you keep up the fight :)

    Well i kinda made a routine...not really but working on it.
    I hang out more with mates and also hang out with a girl since 2 dats ago wich is awesome in such a long time.
    So i'm working on chaging things that make me feel good and will help.

    Have (maybe ) work in a few days or weeks i need to wait for them to respond bc of things $$$ haha

    But ill try again tomorrow i do feel a lil bit stronger after a relapse....weirdly enough it reminded me how fxcked i am haha

    Honestly if it you're committed to quit no matter what, try locking your phone by using an app called flipd, its an app that restricts everything besides texting and calling. You can restrict everything for as long as you like. I have the same exact problem as u but I have a fkn laptop which was unrestricted so I relapsed. You can try to find a porn restricting filter for your computer tho.

    Take a cold shower as cold as you can stand for as long as you can stand. Try to clear your mind as the water washes over your head and body.

    Then try to identify what triggered you and avoid that trigger!

    Well my friend getting out of that cycle is not that easy and maybe its gonna take more work and time... I would suggest get informed read some books about porn addiction
    like : "Wack To be addicted to internet porn" by Noah B. Church which is free and there are some tips how to recover .
    "You'r Brain on porn by Gary Wilson - first doctor who started to realize porn problems and started helping alot of people recovering from it . there is his website there are useful information their too.

    Sometimes i don't even think and just relapse without thinking ABOUT the relapse.
    I just sometimes do.
    Man this gonna be a long road....fuckn porn man

    Yeah I installed K9 on computer and just randomly typed password so I would never find out and changed my gmail password two times , I wrote on paper password and also was typed randomly and I put it somewhere out of my house and in public or give it someone who will never give it to you and knows you are addict which is great way to put some protection wall on you.

    Well i don't use computers anyway so i don't have that problem myself but that phone tho...haha
    Its just those urges u know and THE YOU KNOW thought that gettn me

    Even i can't seem to control myself after 5 days. I always fall into a relapse after that. Next time when it happens though, when the urges start to come, like many people suggested, take a quick walk or indulge yourself in some other activity which takes your thoughts away from those urges. You'll notice that they only come for some time and go away if you get busy. Start to form a pattern with it, when they come, actively indulge yourself in something, ex- reading a book (not an erotica book, of course), playing games, taking a walk. I have heard everyone say a cold shower helps tremendously though I have never tried it myself, I will though.

    I have been in this habit for 10 years, but you know, its never too late man. Stay motivated and be constantly active on the forums. Never let your relapse demotivate you. We can do this together. Good luck:)
