I relapsed recently as well after 44 days clean. I had an intense urge in the morning, which almost got me and then rather than leaving the house and doing something productive, I made some food and ate at my computer. The food wasn't very good, I was very bored and the urge came back hard.

The only good side is I only did it once.

I've been PMO free for a week since then. The best advice I can give is to remind yourself that you made 15 days before and you can do it again. I made 44 before and I will do it again.

So long as you keep trying, you will keep making progress. Sometimes we stumble. What matters is that we get back up.

 

You dont feel better because your system is coming down from the high that PMO brings.

Dont fall into despair! Man up, do what you gotta do.
The struggle makes your stronger, every day.

Just know that, even if you fall, YOUR ON THE RIGHT PATH.
Stay on it, despite failure, because if you go into apathy, your doomed.

Cheer up bro!15 days is a very good streak.
Do another 15 or more, just remain focused and determined to attain your goal.

 

Be very careful about binging when you relapse. I gave myself prostatitis from overmasturbation. Did 4 in one day and 3 the next and I have been in agony for 18 days since. Went to a doctor and everything. Your junk cannot handle that. You can cause yourself prostate problems.

Think about it, it's designed to be done with a woman to make babies- I think most married guys will tell you that they don't have sex with their wife 3 times in one day.
