Day 14 complete. I think my libido had kicked back in. Urges have begun. I know I am just getting started on this journey.

8/90...still in the game my brothers....and feeling a bit spacious today. I used to feel trapped, caged, but today I feel spacious in my heart. I know all of it is temporary and Im watching the ebb and flow.

day 6 complete, I won’t lie, I have some serious urges and I’m honestly contemplating relapsing, however, I know what happens. Regret. I took my mind off it momentarily by searching up if masturbation is bad, using this logic I realise I just need to divert my attention to something else. I’ll try that again tomorrow, with a better use for my time. Bring on 1 week!
