What day is it? Day 31? OMG I am so happy.

No porn, no masturbation, It's been 10 days since I last posted the update and in the past 10 days, I have thought of porn for a split second only twice.

This is amazing. I am cured I believe. But again I have 59 more days to go with my challenge and I am committed to be done with it for life.

When I first started, I was afraid of even typing the words Porn and Masturbation because I thought, even if I write them their thoughts would come in my mind.

If you notice my previous posts, I was using the word PMO instead of typing these words.

For the first time today, when I am writing here I am not afraid of typing the word porn and masturbation because these words no longer have power over me.

Thank you NoFap. Nofap has given me no techniques, no formula, nothing.
Nofap has just asked me to make a commitment; and given me a place to report. That's it.
When I made that commitment, that in of itself was enough to work towards it.

Day 39, good weekend but full on.

 

Fucked up guys. Binged yesterday and this morning. Should have gotten out of the house as soon as I had a craving yesterday. Not going to waste this lesson though. Day 0

 

day 10..filling the free time with other activities then the cell phone helps me out. Also, when using social media i focus on building quality content. This was a huge trigger for me back several years ago, and I'm still working on it.
