Yes, kind of! Almost like what you're describe. Is it from dopamine or something?

  4. Yea I have had this on and off for over 100+ days mate. Like a pressure in the head, forehead and behind the eyes. Feels like air circulating around for me it’s really weird.

I don't know man. I began to feel it starting from the first year of the Institute (7 years ago). It hasn't stopped since. I don't know what it is, but I've heard that people with vegetative-vascular dystonia experience something like this.

I have an idea, that maybe this is some kind of mental parasite, don't know

You still have it? For over 100 days of a reboot? Wow, damn. I hope it goes away soon for you and that it's not permanent.

  8. Do you sometimes get headaches in specific parts of the brain? The front of the brain, the top of the brain? I get dull feelings, like pressure as you said, but also headaches

    Yes I do.

  10. I wonder if users of other substances get this. A lot of nofappers report this.

  12. Yes, people with benzo withdrawal report this phenomenon.

  13. It's probably a withdrawal symptom. I even had nosebleeds the first few weeks. Withdrawal is a huge stressor but you really need to go through it.
Consider yourself lucky if you don't get anxiety or severe depression.

The thing is, I started getting these headaches before I started NoFap. I literally fapped one day, and I started getting all of these flatline symptoms.

  15. Guess I’m unlucky lol

  16. That's entirely possible. Especially edging and looking at porn for longer periods of time can cause headaches. Probably has everything to do with nervous exhaustion from overstimulation?

Probably. My dick shrank too, and I didn't start NoFap yet and it shrank. Is that normal to happen?

Yea I definitely get this. Sometimes it's a tingling, sometimes a dull pressure/tension, and sometimes it's a full blown migraines. It's usually at the top of my head. Definitely frustrating, makes it extremely hard to exercise and sometimes it comes with a dose of brain fog which makes it hard to think.

No real solution unfortunately, I've found that it comes and goes. Hopefully our bodies/brains will sort it out eventually

  20. Were you a long porn user?
I'm close to 5 months and it still persists from time to time.
