    Sorry, I don't understand this. Can you explain please. How exactly can I find my PC muscle if I shouldn't try to find it while urinating?

    Also, I been doing reverse kegels for over 3 months. Should I continue doing reverse kegels or should I stop them and just focus on relaxing my BC muscle?

    You should do and its fine finding your PC muscle while withholding your flow of urine. I just meant that you dont do this as an exercise. For an example: You go to the bathroom let the flow of urine go and then withhold it with your PC muscle. Now you know where it is. Then you go and exercise tightening the PC muscle while standing and or sitting.

    I understand. That makes sense now. So when I'm ready to find my PC muscle (after trying to keep my BC muscle relaxed for about a month), I should try to find the PC muscle stopping the flow of urine by squeezing my PC muscle and not my BC muscle.

    I been trying to keep my BC muscle relaxed at all times for the last couple of days. When I stand and sit, when I walk and run, when I drive, when I exercise, when I lie down etc. Even when I urinate, naturally one would squeeze the BC muscle towards the end to get the last few drops out. But I been keeping it relaxed and using my fingers to squeeze out any remaining drops. I will continue all this upto a month before attempting to find the PC muscle.

    So wht about reverse kegels? Should I continue to do them? If so, how often do you think?

    That will definitly help you relaxing BC muscle as much as possible.

    If you want to do reverse kegels, i recommend doing only 2 reps of it a day, just keep your PC muscle tense for 30 seconds and relax it then. Since we trained the wrong muscle for years, we need to give the PC muscle some time to get back his strength. Do not worry, if you cant tense it the next day or if you have problems finding it. This is completly normal, the muscle just needs a resting time minimum 24 hours to 48. Then you can go back and exercise harder.

    When you say do 2 reps a day of reverse kegels, do you mean 2 sets or do you actually mean 2 reps?

    I haven't found my PC muscles yet. Im still on the very first step: keep BC muscle relaxed at all times.

    When you say "trained the wrong muscle" you mean the BC muscle was the wrong muscle?

    I've been doing more research on kegels and PE and I want to summarise my findings:

    • Standard kegel exercises train the Pelvic Muscles (PM)
    • The PM muscle consist of the BC and PC muscles.
    • We already know that tightening/training of the BC muscle causes PE
    • So we need to isolate and train the PC muscles only when doing kegels. This is the correct kegels to cure PE
    • The difficult part is to isolate the PC muscle. Limitbreaker suggests that we start by trying to keep the BC muscle relaxed at all times for about a month or so before attempting to find the PC muscle
    • Flexing of the BC muscle is something that happens towards the front and the flexing of the PC muscle is something that happens towards the back
    • The key to avoid PE is to keep the PM muscles relaxed during lovemaking

    I mean flexing the PC muscle for 30 seconds 2 times a day. Anything more will not help in the beginning, the muscle is just to weak to exercise more.

    yes, just keep the BC muscle relaxed, thats more important than finding the PC muscle quickly

    Although I'm not ready to find the PC muscle yet, I want to plan ahead and ask you the big question:
    How do I find the PC muscle?
    I know that you may have already explained before and not its not easy to answer this but can you try to answer this as best and as detailed as you can.

    I think the real problem is, that we think too much about it :D Just try to feel it, like visualize in your brain where the muscle is and just feel it. Dont think to much about it and just try to feel it. If its not possible in the first days, just relax and give your BC muscle a break

    Ok thanks. Once I am able to find and isolate the PC muscle, I will need to train it. So I want to plan a little more ahead and ask:
    How do I train the PC muscles? How often, How many sets, How many reps, time etc?

    could not be the cure for PE being to edge on porn? like those who becomes ED from porn, people with PE could become better with doing the same thing that brought people withouth PE to ED? i know it goes against all nofap laws... just a thought..

    Porn should ABSOLUTELY be out of the picture. Edging by itself, with no fantasy or anything yes maybe, but porn? Absolutely not. Porn is an utter disaster. If you have some specific circumstances then maybe it can work for your particular case but as an overall recommendation and I can't sign off on that at all. Porn is the root cause of my problems, and most of our problems here. Porn gave me ED, and then lack of masturbation/bad masturbation techniques gave me PE.

    I am still testing reverse kegels at the moment. But porn is out of my life for good.

    icantbelieveit is right. the problem is with porn comes bigger arousal. You get aroused even more harder, but you actually disconnect from your true emotions and true feelings. That makes you come much much much earlier.

    What i found out yesterday is, that emotions and feelings do a big part in PE. Let me explain this.

    I was exercising ( masturbating yesterday) and felt like i would not last for more than 10 minutes. This is the typical problem with PE. You sit there try to masturbate and you edge but it the BC muscle does not relax anymore after time.

    WATCH OUT NOW: TRIGGER WARNING ITS GETTING DETAILED ABOUT MASTURBATION. If you do not wish to read it then exit now:

    What helped me last much longer was connecting back to body, emotions and soul.
    Like touching my hips, touching my shoulders, butt.. it can be anything. Everything you like and feels good helps you to relax and i felt in time of a minute a immense rise up of energy. Somehow i relaxed completly in the lower body part and was jerking off like crazy. Completly uncontrollable, wild and with a big orgasm that knocked me out for 3 minutes.
    Moaning, swinging your legs hips, doing crazy uncontrollable things... its hard to describe but just let yourself go and not " exercise 30 minutes naked while rubbing your little friend a good night".

    You're probably on to something. I have read that even just learning to breath properly can be a huge help. Tensing up your body clearly won't help with our BC muscles spasming. Another thing is putting sex/orgasm on a pedestal so that is where the mental aspect comes in.

    But to elaborate more on the porn aspect:

    1. Porn utterly destroyed mine and most of our relationships with sex/orgasm and masturbation. It is completely unnatural and destroyed. Was there ED and PE before high speed internet porn? Of course. Was it as common as it is now, and especially among us younger guys? Absolutely not. This isn't natural.
    2. I have spent years of my life fantasizing and seeing unrealistic scenarios in porn and I am completely screwed up to what is normal and how it should be....this lead me to PIED.
    3. The cure for my PIED is no PMO, it works 100% and I have been cured before the last time I did this....but it also lead me to develop PE. My penis has been TRAINED since basically puberty to get pleasure from totally unrealistic videos with 10/10 girls and usually quickly... many orgasms a day.

    The solution is to abstain from porn for basically your entire life (if you suffer the same problems as I do), and retrain/rewire yourself to natural and normal sensations. As I said before after 3 months of no PMO for me before, introducing edging with NO porn or fantasy, just pure sensation eventually cured my PE....but I highly highly doubt it is the best way to go about it. My PE was DEFINITELY my muscle spasming out of control ..so I believe the answer most likely lies in:

    1. Learning to relax, including relaxing said muscles
    2. Learning to breath correctly, probably we are holding our breaths or breathing awkwardly
    3. Not putting the coming orgasm/sex on a pedestal, psyching ourselves up to how amazing it will be.

    Hey icantbelieveit, I was reading your post and was curious, have you cured completely from both things, ED and PE? I am currently still going through some level of ED though I have made some progress, but I am still not completely cured, and PE has also been an issue always for me, even before I started to experience ED. So I have a few questions, like, how frequently do you do the edging exercises and how often do you ejaculate? I don't want to be doing the edging too much so I'm trying to limit it to once a week, maybe if I see more improvements with my ED I might do more edging just as an exercise but without ejaculating. I do it without any porn of course and just visualizing girls that I am attracted to or just enjoying the sensation.
