    Day 18/90. Getting confidence that I can complete 90days challenge even though urges are coming. Urges are like birds those are flying on top of head , I'm trying my best to not let the birds put nest on my head. This is simple illustration I learnt from somewhere to face urges.

    got a little hesitant today, found myself roaming around the house, and subtly searching for a mental excuse to relapse. but instead of dwelling more, i open the laptop and click the panic button on nofap (emergency). after a few clicks my mind got calmer, wiser. i got up and did something else. after some minutes the urges were gone.
