Keep it up! I like this section. Hearing how well people are doing from not giving in. It is possible. I had a reset last night but I'm tired of telling myself over and over that I'll not do it then mess up.
Having encouragement from others out here is very appreciated bc it helps build confidence and to see that we are not alone in this.

Congratulations, as that is what I'm shooting for as I haven't gotten that far in years. So as with you, it will be something for me too, when I make it to 30 days.

 

Thank God you wrote about a 30 day success story. In the past I twice reached 30 days but somehow postponed writing that success story and relapsed like 3-4 days later. So if you feel like it, keep writing brother! Anyways good luck man!
