Do you even want to win?

There's always problems in life.

If you're lazy and don't exercise, you'll have health problems. If you start going to the gym, you'll have new problems (time management / nutrition / dedication).

If you PMO, then you'll be an addict. If you're on a nofap streak, you'll have to face all the feelings and problems you've been avoiding your whole life.

If you don't have a girlfriend, you'll be lonely. If you have a girlfriend, you'll have to be more open, share your life with someone, you won't have as much time to yourself, maybe you have to deal with other men hitting on your girl, etc. A lot of people actually sabotage themselves from getting into a relationship because they're afraid of not being good at it or they don't have much experience.

With success comes new problems that you might not have much competence, confidence, or experience with. It's a new level. New pressures, uncertainties, adversities, and conflicts. This is why a lot of virgins stay virgins for a long time, because they've made it into such a big deal over the years and they're afraid of actually having sex.

So are you willing to commit 100%, double down, bet on yourself, believe in yourself, and not settle for anything other than attaining your goals? Are you willing to take on the new challenges and problems that come with that success? If so and you really do believe in yourself to make it happen, then why would you waste any time escaping these problems via PMO or otherwise?

Either go for it... or don't. Don't half ass it. Don't be a hesitating dabbler. Don't play to not lose. You have to commit and make it a priority.
