Now or never

Hello,
I am a person who really wants to stop watching pornograpy and mastrubating ; I have been doing that since I was 13 years old, and now I am 25( about 12 years). I remember that the longest period of NoFap was just continuous 16 days during the 12-year period, so obviously I am a pornography addict.

I am going to start my master degree in Chemistry next month, so I really would like to have a new life with nofap. I am a person who like to live healthily, but after mastrubating I tend to eat lots of sugary food, and to do nothing other than regretting. I have never had sex before with a real woman, never had a girlfriend (just single-sided love that made my addiction worse when she told me about her feeling towards me).

This is my first time as a member in this community, and I hope to stop fapping for my entire life.
