[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 62
I did have a wtf monent today to be honest. For a split second I was becoming my old self. I thought of opening my tabs in the private mode and forget all my issues momentarily. It will only make evreything worse. I'm such a nervous a hole, I dont think I can stand another relapse now that I am working and I'm in my first job. I don;t wanna fuck it up.

I need to let go of my old self. I've gotten used to myself as the guy who just faps to nude pics and P videos and postpone his work indefinitely. Although I'm not much of a social guy and extrovert before...i don't want to be fucking loser. If I'm an anti-social introvert, thats ok with me, atleast I want to be a confident guy who is trying to do right things.

I need to learn not to see every women as sex object..it really shook me up when I saw the girl at the counter and started thinking about her in the wrong way. I don't blame myself because years and years of nude imaged i've fapped to, they have some sort of pull over me.

Its not going to be easy.not now..not ever...but I gotta be STRONG now and ever!!! When I have purpose in my life and do something that gets me closer to my goals, i then think I will develop some self confidence.

PS: I've started using the challenge threads as my journal entries lol, coz everytime i started a journal i was never consistent so I am doing this. Godspeed everyone!!!

Pushing it, gotta be careful and be accountable...still got 72/90, but in the search bar in FB I put in an attractive actress’ name, and these other images came up...in my mind I knew where this was going, so I stopped before going any further and decided to come on here instead. Urges and sexual mental imagery have been high lately, but I always feel better when I patiently endure and don’t follow the habit, and use the tools I have available instead...Good luck everyone, stay strong!

Hey Brothers, long time nothing written here... 20 days got em. First week was awful, then the days were better, but the last 2 days started the urges... at first on Insta some fitness pics, second day some nudes, today porn! Wow this goes fast, but I didnt masturbate... otherwise I relapsed, or not?

well, there are 2 issues. first you´re in a escalade streak, which means if you continue that path of sexual indulgement you´ll eventually masturbate. second issue is that if you watch porn for some period of time, that´s technically a relapse because you´re nofap goals are to abstain from masturbation/porn/orgasm. watching porn is a relapse. not as bad as fapping to porn, but it´s a relapse anyway.
