Just like the past 7 days straight...spent whole day playing PUBG mobile...also dowloaded LIVE me app....its not that different from porn..because there are a lot of streamers to choose from. I got a bit triggered, I was not alone, thank god, otherwise I would have done something bad. I uninstalled it.

I have to come to terms that I need to work on myself a LOT before I even think about me being with another women. Also, i need to get my shit together and learn Java Script..which I don't think is happening

anyways...i am thankful for my streak and for this forums and fellow fapstronauts

Very good of you that you stop before anything happened! Also, I recognize the feeling, it’s like all the old pathways lits up of the slightest action. If one learns to recognize this it is possible to stop the behaviour before any urges has kicked in.

I'm still working on day 44...

I'm away from my wife for work. Laying awake and can't sleep. Since I haven't been numb from porn and masturbation, a lot of buried emotions are coming to the surface.

I'm realizing i have a lot of sexual insecurities about myself and how IIfeel my wIfe views me.

Since it's the middle of the night, I ended up explaining this all to her in text messages while the feeling was still raw and fresh.

I'm hoping that good comes of all this and when we're face to face again tomorrow we can start to work through some of it .

It felt like a worthy breakthrough of sharing with you all... Maybe it'll help someone out there. BTW, I have never expressed this, but it royally sucks typing on here on mobile .
