How does "brain fog" feel for you?

I hope it's clear that I am not referring to PIED but certain cognitive and emotional symptoms caused by porn. I listed these symptoms in my topics. If it's what you are having, then hang on. My never seem to improve or go away but it will. Please do check my topics.

 

Did you do hard drugs, alcohol, weed, pain killers or any substance? Chronic and heavy using of these can also cause these symptoms as well just like pmo does.

 

Have you been masturbating or stopped that too? Any improvements whatsoever for 500+ days?

 

How long and how often did you use? 16 months straight no P,M or O?

 

How have you felt since then? I've been dealing with the same feelings (depression, irritated, brainfog, can't focus, erectile dysfunction, problems with gf, and even suicidal thoughts). I just started the reboot for the first time in forever about 10 days ago so I'd like to know how you're feeling since we have similar symptoms.

My brainfog consist of an inability to concentrate on anything for a long period of time, coupled with severe tension in my temples and racing thoughts.
